Perfect for short stay in Dubai downtown
Positive: An excellent location if you are into Dubai Mall: takes about 7 minutes on foot to the nearest mall entrance. The rooms aren't very large - probably wouldn't be super-convenient for a long stay, but we were only spending 1 day there so was OK. Overall the apartment is clean, cozy, has everything needed (appreciated the washing machine as we had kids with us). And, of course, the view - no, I have to say THE VIEW. Burj Khalifa and the fountain - like on a large TV screen, absolutely amazing. So definitely worth it, strongly recommend.

Positive: أعجبني الموقع المميز والإطلالة الرائعة والمباشرة على برج خليفة ونافورة دبي، حيث كانت مشاهدة النافورة من الشقة تجربة جميلة جداً. كما أشكر الموظفين على تعاونهم وحسن تعاملهم وخدمتهم المتميزة
Negative: مداخل مواقف السيارات ضيقة نوعاً ما، خاصة للسيارات الكبيرة، وأتمنى تحسين سهولة الدخول والخروج منها
