Excellent host ruined by shockingly bad management Positive: The apartment itself is very nice, well designed, and visually pleasing. Beds are extremely comfortable, one of the best parts of the stay. The TV setup is excellent and modern. Location is very good, convenient and well positioned. Most importantly, the host was outstanding — very helpful, responsive, polite, and genuinely tried his best to assist and resolve issues. The host is not the problem at all. Negative: Unfortunately, several serious management and building issues completely ruined the experience: There was a strong, unbearable smell in the master bedroom bathroom from the first night. I reported it immediately. I stayed three nights, and for three nights nothing was fixed. No proper solution, no urgency, no room change. This is a basic hygiene and maintenance failure. The parking building is extremely poorly designed, with very narrow and dangerous ramps. I drive a Mercedes GLS 450 (a standard 4x4 SUV), and it was genuinely risky to go up the parking floors without damaging the car. As a result, the host kindly agreed to cover the cost of street parking, which clearly shows that this parking issue is a known and serious problem There are only three elevators serving the building 64 floors, resulting in 5-10 minutes waiting time every single time. This is not peak-hour congestion — it is clearly insufficient elevator capacity and poor planning, and it becomes extremely frustrating very quickly. These issues are not minor inconveniences. Together, they completely overshadowed all the positives and turned what could have been a great stay into a disappointing one.
