Positive: The accommodation is very good and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, with an amazing view of the fountains and the Burj Khalifa. Truly a prime location. The price is not cheap, but you are definitely paying for the location. It is not a hotel, which is important to keep in mind. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. In addition to providing dishwashing liquid, it would be helpful to leave some basic essentials so guests do not need to go out and buy emergency items. The quality of the towels and bed sheets could also be better. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is not offered as a courtesy and is charged separately. They also do not store luggage without an additional fee, although in our case the manager kindly made an exception and helped us. Excellent Positive: Everything was wonderful. The location of the house is perfect. We were welcomed into a spotless house and had a fantastic time. I even dropped my iPad stylus in the room on the way out, and when I asked them to return it, they found it and gave it back to me an hour later. It was amazing. Thank you so much.
